Emma Rose Kenney, an American actress. She was the character Deborah Gallagher on Shameless between 2011 and 2021. She also played Harris Conner Healy on Roseanne. Kenney was born on September 14, 1999, at New York City. Kevin Kenney (a sports writer formerly from the New York Post) and Gillian Kenney (a criminal defence lawyer), are her parents. Emma Kenney's place of birth is similar to her Shameless co star Emmy Rossum. Kenney, who was born and raised in Manhattan, is the 19-year-old actress who is the character Debbie the main character on Showtime's hit series, Shameless. She spent most of her early years in the state of New Jersey. Kenney also played Darlene Gilbert (Sara Gilbert)'s daughter Harris in Roseanne.
